Reviews
One of the advantages of this series of paintings by various artists, of which this is one, is the display of those works not usually shown. Iconic is okay, is great, but it is far from the whole story of an artist's development, failures, and achievements. Very few artists come full-fledged from the forehead of Jove, and it is extremely helpful to see and be able to analyse the efforts over time of an artist's endeavours. This is particularly the case with Klee, much of whose work is enigmatic.I have reserved a star in the hope the collection will be expanded.
